This is not funny. This... this is a morality tale about the evils of sake.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

Although to tell the truth, I've gotten by on few technical skills. As Thessaly can attest whenever we have to reset the VCR.

The generation that could change the world is still looking for its car keys.

I'll put it here, too: If one is needed in the Mountain time zone, I'm willingish.

No other candidate is asking the hard questions, like "Did geophysicists assassinate Jim Henson?" or "Why is there hydrogen in America's water supply?" --defective yeti

Make Gandalfe a Stompy so he can delete his post in Press. That would be funny.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Too late....

<'Course, one way to look at it is that I was announcing that I would do it, if asked....>

Swouncing

If she's still interested, I'd nominate her.

Thanks, DX (and Burrell!). I'm really flattered that you think so.

I'm 7 hours ahead of the board time (I have no idea how to translate this to names-of-timezones), I'm never here on Saturdays (my timezone) and most of the Fridays, but Sunday is a regular work day in Israel, so I'm here on the 'other half' of the weekend. I'm making my baby-steps in HTML (and would love to know more).

It seems quite silly to volunteer for something that requires being here just after posting I'm going to be somewhat dark for a while, but if you want me to, I'd love to help out.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

BTW, let me thank those three for their lovely stomping, for stomping in all sorts of capacities, and for doing it with such well manicured feet.

Ditto. Thanks, you guys. And to the remaining stompies as well.

You just gotta remember that A.) Above all else, make the board run smoothly

Yeah, see, if I were a stompy...well, y'all would have woken up to a Point Break thread this morning. *snerk*

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Yeah, see, if I were a stompy...well, y'all would have woken up to a Point Break thread this morning. *snerk*

Heh.

Let me just say that popularity with people on public transportation does not equal literary respect. --Jesse

That was excellent, Kristen.
