I can handle the Oz Full Monty. I mean, not 'handle' handle.

The generation that could change the world is still looking for its car keys.

I'm thinking because we will end up closing it at midnight,

Why? I admit, I may have missed it, but . . . . Is it just because it's easier? Cuz I'm all in favor of laziness.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Just cause I can't do math.

If whoever is posting in Press wants to figure out the exact 4 day 3 day split I'm all for it.

if I am psoting it, I am incapable of doing it. it will take me so long to post that it will be obsolete by the time I post.

It's cleaner. Discussion ends at midnight. Voting commences at midnight and ends at midnight three days later.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I think keeping it midnight (or noon, for proposals Lightbulbed in the morning) also makes it easier on the admins who will be closing the thread and opening voting.

And, it's easier on counting the votes - if they're received during day X, they're good, if not . . . .

BTW, what time zone?

BTW, what time zone?

Board time. EST.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

When we talk time, we mean Board Time, which is Eastern US time.

Edit: Not that I don't love sharing this number with you, Sean, but I'm pedantically compelled to point out that sometimes it's EDT.

That's what I thought, just wanted to make sure.

Allyson, I just caught your post in the Light Bulb thread, and I have to say, I thought it was really offensive. Even if it was a joke, which I don't think it was, I really take issue with the idea that there's some time limit before you can have opinions around here, and I couldn't let it go.

Frankly, I agree with Jesse. I was stunned when I saw it.
