You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I use Mozilla's e-mail to look at it at work, but for some reason I can't get it to work at home, so I use the web interface, which doesn't show html messages properly. It'll be really nice when these here computer thingamobobs finally work like they're s'posed to.

Got it. I'm confused about one thing. ita mentions a mailing list and that she put me on digest mode so that I'm not "flooded with mail when [I] get back from tour." I've yet to receive a single message. Is this list operational, or is there only the POP email account?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Aha! I must admit I don't rightly know how digest mode meant, or how it would affect your life, but I've made you a normal user now. Incoming in a sec to the entire list.

The mailing list is active. What I forwarded to you was the first message that ita sent out to the list. I just insent more info. Don't know why you didn't get the other messages.

Thanks. I got both your messages and will check it out.

Nobody

ita -- I can't speak for all the unactivated accounts, but one or two might be me. I registered my old WXing name "Cindy A." and possibly my old Bronze name "Xanderella" - just so nobody else could use them and confuse me. (You know - like "Huh? I posted that Andrew was a hottie? When did I get drugged" - or summat.)

However, I can't remember if I created those accounts during the testing period, or after go-live. If they are there and are a problem though, feel free to delete them.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I would encourage the eventual development of a separate headers page for old threads (aka the TT attic) to avoid front page clutter. This would allow normal access to those threads, as separate from the archives page, which holds complete threadsucked threads. I see those as two independent functions: one is genuinely archiving -- I'd go get them if I wanted to posess the whole thread, the other is just a housekeeping holder for the dead threads, that allows me to read (in the normal way) the last messages of a thread that I didn't get to before the new one was created.

I just got this quote:
