the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

Well, if we make it sound like mini-Natter, there's really no reason for it to exist, and the sub-culture (if you will) of Bitches is different from that of Natter proper.

Which is to say, yeah, maybe the description should be changed, but I wouldn't call it mini-Natter.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

It's the girl-talk thread, a virtual slumber party where we try on corsets, braid each other's hair and talk about boys (and girls).

Heh. A lot closer.

It's kinda the TMI thread, what with sex and depression and stuff.

Current:

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion that sometimes gets enthusiastic, bawdy, lusty, lewd and raunchy. Mature audiences only.

Suggested revision:

[NAFDA] The girl-talk thread -- a virtual slumber party where we try on corsets, braid each other's hair, talk about boys (and girls), and nothing is TMI. Oh, and some of us think Spike is hot.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

You might mention that some boys occasionally stop in on the girl-talk.

You might mention that some boys occasionally stop in on the girl-talk.

And some more than occasionally (Hec).

t edit I don't like "girl-talk" because a lot of it isn't -- like the body image discussion, the Am I Crazy? discussions.

Plus, we should keep the line "Mature audiences only."

What about:

[NAFDA] A virtual slumber party where we try on corsets, braid each other's hair, talk about boys (and girls), and nothing is TMI. Oh, and some of us think Spike is hot. Boys are outnumbered, but we love you anyway.

I'd still add "Mature audiences only" as a caveat lector.

If I only had a brain...

I agree with Steph.

(Leaving out the "only" because I don't like the flow of the double 'y' of "anyway" and "only" in the last two sentences if it's left in.)

[edit: So I suppose it could also go:

[NAFDA] A virtual slumber party where we try on corsets, braid each other's hair, talk about boys (and girls), and nothing is TMI. Oh, and some of us think Spike is hot. Boys are outnumbered, but we still love you. For Mature Audiences Only.]
