If I'm not mistaken, it's a reference to the "counting down from 730" dream from "Graduation day". Personally, I like it more than "She's once, twice, three times a slayer", but that's probably because I don't get the latter.

Paul, it is a referance to a song from the early eighties? called "Once, Twice, Three times a Lady", which Eddie Murphy did a terrific send up of on SNL.
