It's already in the how-to section; and if you click on the about-"quick-edit formatting" link above yr posting box, it'll tell you how to make them.
I meant the pseudo-HTML tags, like:

Only with proper arrows, instead of "[]". I haven't seen it in the how-to.

t - (lowercase "t" followed by a space at the start of a line) creates a fake HTML tag around the contents of the line, up to the end of the current line.
