How did Angel return from the Hell dimension after S2? Did Buffy actually kill Dracula? What happened to Whistler? What's with demons and kittens? Who's wearing the cheese?

Michele T would be pleased -- almost all of Lyra Jane's FAQs are actually frequently asked questions. I don't think I've seen anyone ask 1, 3, or 12, but I haven't been frequenting the show threads.
