Wash: Well, I wash my hands of it. It's a hopeless case. I'll read a nice poem at the funeral. Something with imagery. Zoe: You could lock the door and keep the power-hungry maniac at bay. Wash: Oh, no, I'm starting to like this poetry idea now. Here lies my beloved Zoe, my autumn flower, somewhat less attractive now she's all corpsified and gross...

(Hey. John. OT. Did you maybe get my emails?)

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

As an Unamerican, I vote for no spoilers in the FAQ, or whitefonted spoilers only.

I've always assumed that's a given (and I've been doing most of the FAQ editing lately). I wouldn't even put in any white-fonted stuff in the FAQ.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The FAQ used to say where it was spoilery through. Once that stopped I assumed it was because it was Australian safe.

Jon -- I know you're annotating the hell out of your changes up in the revisions section of the FAQ. You and I are the only ones that can edit it, and as you may have noticed, me NSM with the updating.

Which is my segue (but not my segway, since I have not one of those) into:

Q: Was that really Joss?

A: Yes. He's only visited us the once, though, and vague rumors of a Second Coming have so far been just that.

Is that too blasphemous, or just blasphemous enough?

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Except that he was here twice.

Just the one day, though, no?

ETA: Oh my God, am I losing time? The aliens! They've come for me!

12th and 13th. Very early on the 13th, though.

2 am and 4 pm on the 12th. 7 am on the 13th (all times, Eastern). So, sort of three times, really.

Aha. Two days, but within twenty-four hours. I'm not a crazy person after all. That should be more of a relief.

I was just looking for a clever way to say "Yes, that's him, but this is not the place to leave him messages -- try the Bronze Beta (or the official Fox FF board, if it continues...)"

Yes you are. It was about twenty-nine hours from his first set of posts to his last.
