Spike: At least give me Wesley's office since he's gone. Angel: He's not gone. He's on a leave of absence. Spike: Yeah, right. Boo-hoo. Thought he killed his bloody father. Try staking your mother when she's coming on to you! Harmony: Well…that explains a lot.

"Within you is the most amazing feeling you can possibly imagine. All that you look for, that you have looked for all your life, has always been right inside of you."

Incredible site! I had no idea that the Buffista network was so large. This is my first time on the site and I can't wait to come back. Hoped to talk to you all soon!

A fellow makes himself conspicuous when he throws soft-boiled eggs at the electric fan.

Erinaceous is cleaning her office again! Who wants a Chicago Tribune promo Smallville poster? Mint! First email has it ...

Lex looks hot and smug, Clark looks broody, and Lana looks like she's thinking "I wonder what my parents are doing?"

I'm not even sure what a Theremin is, but I saw this on Craig's List and thought of Buffistas:

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

A request for anyone filling out Foamy nominations!

In the "best line" category, please indicate the character speaking and the film that it's from! (I forgot to include those as separate fields on the form, but I do kinda need to know! Thanks.)

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

LAistas (or anyone else who feels like driving to Hollywood) who haven't seen PotC yet, take a look at this - (PotC icon in upper left)

Looks like a fun way to enjoy the experience.

And anyone who cares to see/meet a Buffista-Prairie-Dog, I'm going with a girlfriend to the 4:40 show next Sat., the 19th.

move out and draw fire

Ain't It Cool News has an interview with Jane Espenson up. Among other things, she discusses BtVS, and some of the events of the final season. So, spoiler warning.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

A Buffista-planned baby shower is a wonderous thing!

We had a wonderful time on Sunday. There was a brunch! There were pastries! There were crafts! Buffistina will have one of the most eclectic onesie collection around. I have so many thank yous to send to so many sweet and lovely people. Since this isn’t the Oscars & I have every intention of thanking folks personally, I’m just going to mention here the few who really went far above and beyond anything I could have asked for.

To Kat, Lori, and Allyson, who threw the shower: Wow. Just wow. It was perfect. Casual & fun. The invitations (hand made by Kat) were works of art and yes, this sap of a mom is keeping one safe for her little girl (you know, for that baby book I may get to making someday when she’s about 16). And let me just note, Allyson knows pastries. She is wise in the ways of eclairs.

To Dani, msbelle, Jesse, and Katie: I was so very touched by your thoughtfulness. It seemed at once so very Buffista and yet so very incredible to get gifts from people around the Continent that I have yet to meet in person. Katie, your card made me cry! And msbelle the read-along DVD is just too fabulous for words!
