Our wings are not tired

This was up over on PF, but now that we are back home, I'll put it here.

I've grabbed a block of tickets to see The Hulk on opening night in Los Angeles at The Arclight Cinemas. It's playing in The Dome, and I've got tickets for the 10:30 showing. Right now I've got 2 tickets left from the block of 12 that I purchased. They are $14/each. These are reserved seats, we've basically got an entire row. If I get a lot of folks that want to go and I get another block of seats. If you are interested drop me a note on my profile addy.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Votus Interruptus

Due to the fact that HostRocket is run by cheesedicks, the last vote was put on hiatus until our triumphant return to the Phoenix.

[link]

Proposal: To add a new thread dedicated to the works of Tim Minear.

The purpose of the thread will be to discuss past, present, and future series and episodes, and also to honor one of our own. Suggestions for thread title can be discussed in Bureaucracy if the proposed thread passes.

If the proposed thread passes, it will be added to the Phoenix the first week of August 2003, at the convenience of the sexiest Stompy.

Voting ends on Friday at noon (board time, timelies!).

If you are very old and can't quite remember if you have voted, check the list here.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I uploaded the last of my F2F pictures, including pics of action!ita, and everything now has captions.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Chicago City Limits (Comedy & Improv) is opening it's new show tonight and is making sure the house if full.

Soooo... if you are in NYC and want a free $20.00 ticket for the 8:00 show e-mail me and I'll hook you up.

Reposting for Sophia:

There has been a snafu. If you voted any time after the Phoenix rose, you will need to re-vote. I will not count you twice, I have a spreadsheet. Thanks.
