This is the "grandfathering" ballot, otherwise known as the "moratorium" ballot.
The question is how we treat decisions made before the voting rules were in place.
Voting "Yes" on this question means that pre-vote decisions are NOT open for discussion and change until September 20, 2003.
Voting "No" on the question means that pre-vote decisions are open for discussion and change immediately.
I don't know if this has been posted in the main Buffy thread or not, so I'll post it here. May contain minor spoilers, but I'm so spoiled now that I can't remember what has aired and what hasn't. (Except I'm pretty sure that the flying monkeys that attack and carry Giles off? Not aired yet.)

I'm posting this one last time, with some final details. Any help will be appreciated, since getting out of this lease is very important to yours truly. I'm hoping to get someone in the place by the middle of July.

Rent will be $544, utilities included. The only drawback is that you have to go to a laundromat to do laundry. Parking is on-street, but plentiful. It's a non-smoking, no pets apartment, and the landlady only wants to rent to a single occupant.
