I'm posting this one last time, with some final details. Any help will be appreciated, since getting out of this lease is very important to yours truly. I'm hoping to get someone in the place by the middle of July.

If anyone wants/knows of someone who wants an apartment in the Baltimore area, please contact me at my profile addy.

Rent will be $544, utilities included. The only drawback is that you have to go to a laundromat to do laundry. Parking is on-street, but plentiful. It's a non-smoking, no pets apartment, and the landlady only wants to rent to a single occupant.
