Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Doug Petrie is the proud papa of a new baby boy! He was born a couple of weeks after Marti's sprog.

Thanks for all the fish.

Ah, the remainder of the goth night pictures are up. Trudy would like to express her sorrow at the non-flippiness of her hair.

Gothy goodness

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

a question for any readers of Laurell K. Hamilton--- at the library I work at some one was looking for a definition of Tellolloquany-- which was used in Obsidian Butterfly .

exact quote ( as given by patron) is " I used my telloquony against them but it was not powerful enough..."

Unfortuatly our copy is not in at this branch.... and google hasn't helped

please email to my profile address

there is something to be said for the lyric and imperial attitude / believe that everything is for you until you discover that you are for it

Sent out details earlier for the Hec-Centric Somerville Buffy Night. If I missed anyone, please email me at profile addy for information. Due to the fact that I am on Spoiler Probation, I won't of course actually be allowed to attend. Beer's in the fridge.

Here are a few pictures from last night's Hecufest at Ellen's.

Okay, donations have been made to First Book and Heifer.org in honor of Joss, and to First Book in honor of Petrie. Just waiting for knitted items and the DavidFury.net bib to arrive.

The Heifer honor card is lovely, and reads, "Congratulations to Joss Whedon and Kai Cole. To celebrate your impending parenthood, we have sent goaty goodness to those less fortunate. A gift of love has been given in your name by The Buffistas. May this gift of Goat bring you joy as it brings hope and nourishment to a family in need.
