Giles: I jump out of the circle, jump back in, and, and, shake my gourd. Buffy: Hey, I think I know this ritual. The ancient shamans were next called upon to do the Hokey-Pokey and to turn themselves around.

Slacker Secret Santa: All of you who want to exchange presents with other Buffistas but haven't mailed the nicest msbelle about it yet, this is your chance!

Please send your info (board name and snail-mail address) to my profile address until the 14th of December. By then, I'll match you up to pairs of givers and recipients, and let you know which is who.

Even though it's titled with the word "Slacker" in it, you do remember that we voted on a gift-deadline of March, right? It doesn't mean you can't slack, just that there's a limit to it. Hope it's OK.

Also, since this year we espacially-slacked in starting this (usually, I post this right after Thanksgiving), then the one thing you can't slack in is mailing me about wanting to take part in the game, otherwise, you won't be able to properly slack in participating in the rest of it!

Your truly, Not-Tiny (just your regular not-tiny this time, don't look at me like that!) Jewish not-Santa.

I made a thing! [link]

This was this year's songwriting contest entry. It's not a finished product, so I welcome your critiques.

Slacker Secret Santas!

You've slacked up until the very last day, which was yesterday. But I got another e-mail today asking to take part, and people who expressed interest haven't e-mailed me about it yet so I'll extend the schedule for another more day.

However, if you don't e-mail me by the end of tomorrow (yes, I'll wait till Monday, because some Slackers probably don't frequest the board on Sundays), you won't be able to play this year and will have to wait for a whole year in order to be able to join the fun, and, oh, my goodness, I'm turning Santa into a Jewish mommy, so I'll stop now.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

So I know someone in need of resume advice. I or another will pay someone to help this friend with resume advice. I would like a buffista to benefit and would like details on hourly rate.

I know there are one or more people who do this professionally. Can you hit me up at profile addy so I can get more information?

Slacker Secret Santas: all of you who e-mailed me should have an e-mail with a giftee name and snail-mail address.

Please let me know if there's any problem. Also, if there's anything you'd like to ask your giftee and you'd like me to be the middleperson, then I'd love to.

Thanks for playing!

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I just looked at the Buffista map and it is madly out of date. Can people just update? If so, people, go, add yourself, move yourself.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Is anyone here a Time Warner Cable subscriber AND wants showtime for 3 months free?

Go to www.twc.com/thanks by 12/31 and enter the code SHOIK2973.

I think this code can only be used once, so post if you've already used it.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I may a few too many ricotta egg biscuits this year. So I'd be happy to send a small care package of cookies to the first couple of people who send me an e-mail at my profile address.
