LAistas - the daughter of my co-worker (One of the ones I like!) has a play opening (she directs) this week - "the LA premiere of Amy Freed’s Kesselring Award-winning 1995 play The Psychic Life of Savages, opening at Los Angeles Theatre Center on Tuesday".
Looks interesting, but it's not running on weekends (apparently the theatre is cheaper weeknights and some of their fundraising fell through [see article] so weeknights only), so I'm unlikely to catch it.
Anyway, take a look if so inclined!
