If you've ever been tempted bt the water bottles on Cafe Press, then said, "Hell, no," after you saw the price (or went ahead and paid the price but were irritated by it), see one of today's Groupons:

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

My new book, Cooling a Fevered Planet is now available. An information packed picture book for grownups, it is the funniest book you will ever read that takes the climate crisis seriously. It is a graphic version of Solving the Climate Crisis, which was released in March.

LAistas - the daughter of my co-worker (One of the ones I like!) has a play opening (she directs) this week - "the LA premiere of Amy Freed’s Kesselring Award-winning 1995 play The Psychic Life of Savages, opening at Los Angeles Theatre Center on Tuesday".

Looks interesting, but it's not running on weekends (apparently the theatre is cheaper weeknights and some of their fundraising fell through [see article] so weeknights only), so I'm unlikely to catch it.

Anyway, take a look if so inclined!
