This is a short version. And the nice thing about this proposal is it has exactly the same chance of passing as Kerry-Lieberman. (This was moved from where it was it improperly posted; its a case of self-stomping.)

The hotel is filling up. Since time is short I have booked four rooms that I need to hand over to people. Once those are gone we can book whatever else we can get on-line.
