So we decided that we would do 5k /10k walks for the various charieties that we wish to support. my first one is make a wish. they have a work out for te month of january program. I was hopeing I could just give you guys an url -- so you could contribute if you felt like it,but it doesn't work that way. I have to send automated email. so if anyone is interested email me and i send out the autoemail.and here's the program.

Fear me, I have my own web-minion. Someone who designs far, far better webpages than me. In other words, The Gothic Miss Manners site has been re-designed, complete with a picture of me and the Devilbunny.
This just in:
Public radio listeners across the country (150 stations!) will get to hear a blast of The Lothars' rendition of Auld Lange Syne today. Here in Boston, around 4:54pm on 89.7fm.

It'll be on at the end of "The World", coproduced by WGBH, the BBC World Service, and Public Radio International.
FX will have a Buffy first season Marathon tomorrow on FX from 8 am - 9 pm (Eastern) New Years day.
Okay folks, I'm still planning my Buffy DVD party for Saturday Jan. 11. I figure we can start anytime after 4 (an early start allowing not simply lots of Buffy watching, but also anyone who doesn't want to be on the subway late to leave at a reasonable hour). But it all depends on some of you New York City Buffistas showing up. I figure I'll decide Tuesday nighty, Jan. 7 (by which time I should have Season 3 in my greedy little hands), so you have until then to e-mail at TDRaicer@aol.com.
Currently voting on addition of Music and Movies threads in Bureaucracy.
The discussion started around Jim Eaton-Terry "Bureaucracy 1: Like Kafka, Only Funnier" Jan 2, 2003 5:29:33 am EST.
There was a discussion before that, only I don't know how to make them clickable, but here's where it took place:

It looks like I'm in Washington DC next week -- Monday through Friday -- for a work-type conference. Are there any DCistas who'd like to watch Buffy with me on Tuesday night? The hotel (The Mayflower) is right near the Mall, I'm told, so I don't know how convenient that would be to anything. On the plus side, I'll have my car with me.
