Xander: Am I right, Giles? Giles: I'm almost certain you're not. Though, to be fair, I haven't been listening.

Just a little reminder. If you haven't taken the Online Community Survey yet, it's going to be taken offline for analysis on Friday at Midnight board time. So, go, take it! It's fun.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hey New Yorkers -- just saw this on lj:

I don't know if you'd heard about this, but Amber Benson and Chris Golden are signing GHOSTS OF ALBION at the Park Slope Barnes & Noble tomorrow evening (Friday) from 6:30 on. Please spread the word, especially among the Buffy fans--we'd love for this to be a huge event! And I hope we'll see you there!

The B&N is at 267 7th Avenue, very near the F train and not far from several others. The phone number is 718-832-9066.

Check out the GHOSTS home page at [link]

It's that time of year again.

If you don't know what to buy your secret santee, drop me an e-mail to the profile addy and I'll let you in on all my secrets.

If you haven't sent me a super-secret-database-entry from which to share, but you'd like to, drop me an e-mail and I'll send you the form.

We've talked about it. We've asked for your help. We've taunted about the amazingness of the recipes collected. And, the time has finally come. The cookbooks are about to go to the printer. But, before we print, we need to know how many to print. So, pre-order today.

Now, we know you just got your Secret Santa assignments. This would be the *perfect* gift. What is more Buffistasish than a Buffistas Cookbook? But, make sure you get one for yourself too. And maybe your family.

The cookbook is filled with over 100 pages of delicious, Buffista-approved and loved recipes. It is a must have for every Buffista.

The cost of the cookbook is $10, plus $2.50 for shipping and handling, totaling $12.50 each. Please PayPal buffistascookbook at gmail dot com. Please include the following:

*Quantity
*Name/Shipping address for each cookbook
*Whether or not it is a gift (and if you'd like to remain anonymous)
*E-mail address(es) to send cookbook notification e-cards to

After your order is received, a cookbook notification e-card will be sent to you and your giftees, so you know the order has been received.

Pre-order will be available until November 30, 2005. December 1, the cookbooks will go to the printer, and they will ship the week of December 14 th.

You MUST purchase during the pre-order. We will only be printing as many cookbooks as we sell in the pre-order, so order today!

Thanks!

Buffistas Cookbook Team

information libertarian

I am amused to announce that we are a Neilsen Family for the week of Nov. 17-23. Since we watch PBS and America's Funniest Home Videos and that's about it, we would gladly spend this week watching your favorite shows in need of ratings boosts. Except the ones that Fox cancelled last week. Post your requests for Neilsen viewing in Natter, and they will be recorded.

One more update...

If you're Un-American, e-mail the Cookbook Team at buffistascookbook at gmail dot come, and we'll figure shipping. We'll ship Global Priority Mail, which seems to be the most reasonable and fastest.

ETA: It seems to be $5.00 for shipping GPM to any International destination, so just figure $15.00 total instead of $12.50.
