Hauser: You really think you can solve the problem? Come into Wolfram & Hart and make everything right? Turn night into glorious day? You pathetic little fairy. Angel: I'm not little.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

I'll be dark this weekend, as I'll be in NYC for nephew's birthday party. (among other things)

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I will be at least mostly dark this weekend. The NC Division fencing championships are this weekend, and I have a team competition on Saturday and an individual one on Sunday. I'd be happy, if more than a little lucky, to finish right in the middle of the pack.

I'll be around for the rest of the workday, and I'll happily soak up any nerve-calming and equipment-functioning vibes that happen to be lying around.

Join me on a new voyage of the mind, a little tale I like to call: "Buffy, A Slayer of the Vampires."

This being the end of Buffy, I figure the fans deserve a proper wake! So I arranged one.

For the Buffy Fan's near Sacramento, CA on May 20th the last show will be aired at Streets of London Pub in Downtown Sac. Join us in our misery! Have a pint! Or just commiserate with other fan's of the show.

The flyer for the event is posted here : [link]

Please RSVP to ETURNQ@YAHOO.COM for more details!

Another social casualty...

I would like to congratulate Buffista LisaH and her band, Secret Crush Society, for performing their first club show tonight. The songs were good and fun, and LisaH (the lead singer) was Buffista foaminess personified. May they play many more shows.

Saturday results.

Thanks for the vibes, and keep 'em coming, because tomorrow's going to be a much tougher tournament.

Swouncing

Driveby to post I'll be mostly dark for the next couple of weeks - I'll be over at my parents for Passover, with the one small cranky computer having to be enough for the whole family.

Before I go, I'd like to mention how lucky the following week is, in terms of Buffistas birthdays. According to the Buffista Calendar, this Wednesday, April 16, is NoiseDesign's birthday; the following day, Thursday, April 17, is Sheryl's (whom I sure hope gets a proper celebration, despite it colliding with the holiday); the following day, Friday, April 18, is beth's. After a couple of days there's another strike, this time on Monday, April 21, with Elena's birthday, followed, on Tuesday, April 22, with Betsy's. Early wishes to all of you.

Happy holiday to those who celebrate it, and good days to all. I'll sure miss you.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Hi all,

Emailing from my sister's house.

My eldest brother Donald H. Jensen Jr, died sometime today at age 56.

I'll have more information later.

I'll likely not be posting, but I dunno right now. I may need the Buffistas for the moral support.

Things seem kerwonky.

More Later

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I got a 29 on the Putnam exam (a math competition), which puts me on the published list of the top 500 scores in the country.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Rob Curtis died at 1:30 a.m. on April 15, 2003. He is survived by his wife, Sadie, his son, Zachary, his father, his brother, and his sister. He will be missed.

Thanks to all the Buffistas for their love and support. It's meant a lot.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

For those of you who don't know, I'm having back surgery today. I go into to the hospital around 2 p.m., and the surgery is scheduled for 4 p.m.

If all goes well, I'll actually be home tomorrow.

My Mom is going to call Trudy when the surgery is over, so that she can post here in Beep Me and let you all know that I'm fine and on my way to becoming bionic.
