Requesting dog~ma for Boothby, our smallest one. He has bladder stones, and is going to have surgery Friday.

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

I have succumed to the pressure and have finally gotten my own livejournal account. I've already made my first post. Some of it may be a repeat for some of you but I have also added information you have not seen yet. Please come visit and post a comment (that way I know who you are when I "friend" you.) Enjoy. Now tagless for your comfort.

A little heart-ma for my mother would be appreciated. She'll be having bypass surgery this morning at 5:30 a.m.

Heart surgery on Valentine's Day? Tell me her surgeon has a sense of humor.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Amy Parker asked me to pop in and tell y'all that her sister is having surgery, their parents are with her, and if anyone can spare the vibes she'd appreciate it.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

If there's any career-ma floating about, I'd love to have some of it aimed my way around 3:30 EST tomorrow. I'll post details about the whys and wherefors if things go well. Or if things go awry in an amusing or awful enough manner to be interesting.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

I'm heading off to Boskone tomorrow after work. If any Buffistas are planning to be there, G has a concert on Saturday afternoon.(Shameless, ain't I?)Meet me there!

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I might have a post or two later, but since I'm behind in Natter and Bitches and not sure if I'll get caught up before bed - I'm going dark. Hopefully only until Saturday (so not that dark) but my phone service switches tomorrow, so my dial-up is questionable, and Truck day is Saturday for my move. So wish me luck on the transition and I'll catch you all in the new digs (random posts tonight aside).

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Going dark while I move. Broadband at home will be restored Wednesday.

I've moved! The internet is currently dial-up only, but I do have email access if anyone wants my new address. For contacting me by phone, use my cell as I do not know my current phone number. (We'll have our old number back as soon as the broadband gets hooked up and we can plug in the Vonage adapter.)
