Fay in Bitches:
Evening all - it is I, Skippy, the Skippity skipping Queen of Thread-skippers. And Boxers. And little girls with pigtails. And Kangaroos. (Actually, quite often kangaroos
do
box, which makes them doubly my minions. [And sometimes little girls box, but then they're mostly ita or possibly one of her relatives and I'd be scared to try to minionize them.])
The morning after the night before, as Angus begins to sober up...
Angus:
Oh God, I just noticed a split infinitive...
The above speaks volumes about my love of all things Buffista.
Over in
Bitches:
Heather Alayne:
Guess what I'm getting for Christmas from a friend who's back home visiting from Spain?
Steph L:
A Spaniard?
Hil in Natter, quoting Some Random Person:
I think I've found my favorite IMDB user comment ever:
The reason I like this movie is because it has a very sweet plot to it. It tells a story about a girl trying to fly birds South. Usually movies with birds in them are not scary films, but touching ones. Except for "The Birds". That isn't all that touching.
BHP, Firefly spoilery only if you don't know a basic thing about one of its character's premises:
His sister may be insane, but she is insane in a tasteful, upper-class way. She was kidnapped by the government and tortured.
It isn't as if she's leaning up against the wall drinking Sterno and prophesying doom.
victor infante - in Natter:
Slooooow news night. Want to go home and cuddle wife and ferrets.
Somebody quoted this in Natter, and it was too impossibly far back for me to find who said it in the first place, so will the right Buffista possibly speak up to be identified with it?:
I think there could be aliens. I also would understand if they think we came in on the "special", little spaceship, and didn't want to spend much time with us.
