Not as bad, thanks to the wonders of ibuprofen. I've been exhausted beyond belief for 2 days now, though. Could it be from giving blood and then continuing to work out hard the rest of the week?
(That was a serious question, because I know PLENTY of people who work out and don't slack off for illness or blood donation.)

Are you used to giving blood? I was always told to take it easy for a couple of hours after giving blood.
