Flash is kinda goofy, the guy who's always chatting up girls, cracking jokes, and calling villains "Mojo Jojo".

Haven't watched the cartoon much, but Flash is pretty much like this in the comic book, too. He's always been painted as a regular guy, at least compared to the others.

Heh. Not even that any more. The current Flash is the old Flash's sidekick, who had an accident while VISITING his uncle's lab.
