Jayne: Yeah, that was some pretty risky sittin' you did there. Wash: That's right, of course, 'cause they wouldn't arrest me if we got boarded, I'm just the pilot. I can always say I was flying the ship by accident.

When they're trying to figure out where the hellhounds came from, Buffy originally tries to send Wesley and Cordelia to check out the boy's home, and then says, "and go by The Magic Box." When they don't seem to understand, she says, "The Magic Box. It's right next to the dress store on Main."

DEENA! I love you! t happy dance

That's just exactly precisely what I wanted. Thank you thank you thank you!

How are you me? You need to stop that. Only I can be me. ~Kara

I thought it might be. Greg was a little annoyed with me because I made him stop the show so I could sit down and write it out exactly as she said it.

Yay for Am happy dancing!

Tell Greg I'm sorry for being annoying-- but you were right, that's exactly what I wanted. t more happy dancing

I'm trying to write, but I'm rather hyper today and I don't seem to be able to stick at one story for more than a couple of paragraphs, unless it's a new one.

So, there are drabbles, and *another* Smallville AU. I am amazed at how much energy I can put into a fandom whose canon I hardly know.

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Deena--I checked the Clex bit again and liked it well enough, so I sent it out this morning. I thanked you in the A/N.

"Letting The Telephone Ring", SA? I should thank you again for that-- both because I enjoyed the story itself, and because it made me go and look up Slodwick's Ani DiFranco titles challenge, which has been providing me with drabble titles all afternoon. So, hey, thanks. Good story, useful author's notes.

That's nice, SA. Thanks. I thought I was just being annoying. Where do you send your stuff and how can I read more of it?

Am, I told him and he's pleased that you're pleased.

Always Anti-fascist!

Hey, all. Anyone that has a suggestion for how I can wind up my opus, or at least one that isn't "Give up writing, you illiterate git." I'd be happy to hear from. Cause I thought I was finished yesterday,(I added on last night.) but I can't leave it like that, somehow. It's not right. Why is it everytime I think "This is going to be short and fluffy." it comes out like "I can stop anytime I want to."

Me too! Slod's challenge has been great. I've been editing and sending stuff out this morning, and Ani's titles rock. Lets just hope we're not using the same ones.

That's nice, SA. Thanks. I thought I was just being annoying. Where do you send your stuff and how can I read more of it?

The two lists I send my stuff to primarily are Silverlake (best! list! ever!) and Glass Onion. They're both multifandom, and two of the best, most comprehensive lists out there. I send my stuff out to a number of other smaller, more focused lists as well, but those are the ones I care about. I've sent out three things this morning, and I'll be working on two or three more this afternoon.

At the moment, I'm going through the lists and writing a drabble per title, so I'm sort of hoping to be using the same ones as everyone else, actually. Annoying of me, but that's the way the muse has taken me.

(BTW, thanks for the correction in LJ, which can go unspecified on these boards. Something of a "time to fall through the floor" moment, I'm afraid.)
