You got all kinds of learnin' and you made me look the fool without tryin', and yet here I am with a gun to your head. That's 'cause I got people with me. People who trust each other, who do for each other, and ain't always lookin' for the advantage.

I requested it. If I made it to 18000 words in from her sunrise to clockwise.

I like.

Always Anti-fascist!

Yes, definitely. Disturbing, of course.

Homecoming Sunday100 AU, in a world where the Seeing Red bullet hit Willow instead.

In the moonlight, she looks like Buffy would, if Buffy had lived to the ripe old age of thirty.

Dawn makes the bed with quick, efficient movements, and tries to avoid looking at the mirror. Tara will be home soon, bringing take out and stammering apologies for being late. They fought about moving again last night.

Tara thinks it's morbid, coming back to the place where Buffy and Willow died, trying to make it into a home again. Dawn thinks fifteen years is long enough to drive away the demons. She opens the spellbook and smiles; Tara will come around.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Wheee! Look at all the lovely lovely fic! And how giddy am I to have read a snippet of Lizard's "Gingerbread Coffin" Dru piece? Giddy giddy giddy. That, plus everything else makes for fine distraction from dreary work.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

SA, that was a corker. And all the drabbles are killers.

Have I mentioned how much I love the drabble, as a get-into-headspace thing and self-discipline tool?

'cause I do.

Drabbles saved my life.

Or at least my muse.

I've taken Nic's advice to drabble when I get to tough parts of novels. He's a wise, wise man about this sort of thing.

Deb, are you around for the day? I'm on AIM, if you have the time.
