Now, I can hold a note for a long time...actually I can hold a note forever. But eventually that's just noise. It's the change we're listening for. The note coming after, and the one after that. That's what makes it music.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Connie, in case it gets skipped, I said this in Bitches:

ION, I just read Connie's "Steam" and "Touch" and if I knew how to say 'gah' in twenty different languages I would.

There were so many *good* and *right* lines, but one that stuck was Xander's "I'd stake you but your dust would clog the pool filter and I like this place." Frelling priceless and so dead on.

Pretty much loving all the fic, really. Ita's 1st person Mary Sue, Plei's Buffy/Wes (although I'm a bit confused on that one. I assume there's stuff I'm just supposed to figure out but if someone could nilly me the beginning....), the FF/HH bit, the pluperfect challenge, all of it.

Bravo, bitches, write on!

t applauds wildly till she falls off chair

edited to clarify what i said in bitches and what i didn't

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

(although I'm a bit confused on that one. I assume there's stuff I'm just supposed to figure out but if someone could nilly me the beginning....),

Gimme a second. I linked to the last part I'd posted, but probably not to the start.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

And I'm delighted to say you're welcome again.

All this makes me want to try, but I've always been a better reader than a writer. Think I'll stick to filk.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Plei, I had read that one, and maybe the one before. Was that the first one? Aww, hell, just link for me, baby. Link it like I like it.

(say that 5 times fast)

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Dude, acres of Best Wesley Voice Ever.

Yes, yes, I already had it linked for my personal enjoyment.

But still.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Can I borrow the discipline I sent you?

Not *that* kind, baby. Sorry, but I'm greedy that way.

And damn you, Plei, I've been wanting to write Xanderfic since "Dirty Girls," and after reading your B/X drabble, I can't get that bunny out of my brain!

Crap. The muse just plopped down in front of me, grinned, and handed me a first line: "There's a vampire in his bed." And it's trailing a whole bunch of other sentences and ideas.

Dammit! Focus, muse! I know we issues with the whole "Finish what you started" thing, but no fun saying carnage and character maneuvering is boring when there's hot angsty guy-on-century-older-than-him-guy action to be had. I know this, OK?

Frickin' muse.
