Angel: You know, I killed my actual dad. It was one of the first things I did when I became a vampire. Wesley: I hardly see how that's the same situation. Angel: Yeah. I didn't really think that one through.

You ever have those times when you just. can't. write?

Yes. My current productiveness can all be traced to my imminent coursework deadline.

Feh.

Wrod.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Catching up, catching up....

Deb, I love your Darla. Very good bored, distant powerful woman voice.

Damn, Fay. Your Dru makes me giddy and trembly inside.

Oh, Anne. Ohohoh. So sad.

"What are you expecting me to do, strip you naked and look for a secret disk drive?"

BWAH! Thank you, Am.

Mine seems to be about equally affected whether I'm doing coursework or not. Oy.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

SA, this is tragic and potentially unacceptable. Is there anything we can do to help? Some sort of "poke in the arse with a creative salad fork" sort of thing?

Hm. I don't know. Objective bystanders could tell me if the few paras I've written are dren or not.

"poke in the arse with a creative salad fork"

Got a plot bunny we can feed carrots and lettuce to?

Edit: very happy to be an objective bystander.

I'm a perfectly objective bystander, SA.

Maybe I need to do some more with that somewhat post-apocalyptic Xander/Wesley bunny that hopped up and wiggled its shared-shower-scene nose at me.

Or there's Ethan and Giles in China.

edited because I know the bloody difference between it's and its

(ot) Connie, didn't you have a librarian thing? How did it go? (ot)

The librarian in question isn't retiring until next January and there are even odds that they won't be replacing her due to budget cuts. Otherwise, she was thrilled all to pieces that I have formal training plus oodles of computer experience. Unfortunately, she doesn't make the decision, she can only make recommendations, but she gave me her card and told me to keep in touch.

Sigh. Would have been nice to get back with the books and journals, though.
