oh my god, my new employer uses only IE. And what's worse, old IE, with no tabs. We hates it, my preciousssss....
I have no opinion about cats, but I did just find out that a locally-famous Indian restaurant just opened a branch around the corner from my new office. Yay! Except the reason I found out is that it was panned in the local paper today. Boo! Maybe I'll give it a couple of weeks before going there for lunch...

A big chunk of my work is developing applications for IE 6, so no new IE for me. Of course, at work I use Firefox for everything else so that's not a big handicap....

OK, so I'm sitting here feeling kinda warm and start worrying OMG, now I have a fever, what the hell....
....and then I realize, it's late afternoon, the office is always warmer then. Also? I have my monster winter coat wrapped around my legs.
Um.
I'm trying not to be filled with hate for my school email system. Trying and failing.
If I try to POP my email and I put in the wrong email, then it locks my email for at least 24 hours, even the web-based email.
If I want to reset the password, I can, but I need to login from my school site. Or I can be on hold since time began.
Grrrrr....
Also, since i'm deep in kvetch mode:
Burke Williams screwed up my service so badly today that it was free. My skin, not so happy with what the aesthitician did.
