Art Crawl!!!

Dracula - look who's playing the title role:

Count Dracula Northamptonshire native Marc Warren played Monks in Masterpiece Theatre's Oliver Twist (2000). Other television roles have included Prime Suspect 4: Scent of Darkness, Band of Brothers, State of Play and Doctor Who.

I just don't understand why they didn't mention his role in Hustle.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

so the Queen Mary came in under the golden gate bridge today

Barbara Abbott, 84, of Novato, who said she's lived in the Bay Area her entire life, said this was the most spectacular event she's ever witnessed. She waved to the passengers on the Queen Mary 2 as it passed under the Golden Gate Bridge. Her only regret was for a view from the center of the span.

"I wanted to spit down the chimney," she said.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

The way the Iams logo is printed on the dog food bag makes it look like we are feeding Pua iChunks.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hey, the local news guy just told me that he'll let me know if I'm going to work tomorrow. Is he psychic????

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I haven't dared look at the news. I understand there was a ball game played, somewhere.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

There should definitely be a "cold day" option. It is way too cold to go to class today.

There is. In some states, anyway. When I lived in MN we had cold days more than snow days (and watching Daniel's posts on weather explains why; I lived about 10 minutes from where Daniel lives). First time it happened (mom was a teacher at my school), we got to a very empty school, and mom was like, what is going on? The secretary was all, "It's too cold to make the kids stand out and wait for the buses, so there is no school today." Mom was like, "????"
