I actually have an uncle named "Bob". I don't think he's Zenkitty's uncle too.
Well, she hasn't used the Crock Pot, yet, has she?

My mom swears by a dry rub pork loin in a crock pot. Or a sesame ginger marinade. And hers are good. Me? Well, I love a good pork bbq, but crockpotting seems to make drier, or I don't follow directions well (er, true) so I have to sauce it. Or bean it. Or somehow make it moister. I am a crockpot failure. Except with stewed chicken and pepper. I need to make that again.
I used to have a huge orange cat. [link] Rosie and Gilda are more moderately sized.
Would some time next weekend be good for a Chicagoista naan-quest Indian night?
Works for me.
You know what's funny? Based on local news, B'more is totally claiming Pelosi. And she's all um, yeah, learned the brutal ropes at my father's knee but CALIFORNIA. SAN FRANCISCO, people!
We're co-opting her totally and it's funny.
so, I meant to say earlier, but ..
I have the same pair of boots in three colors: black, burgandy, and brown.
Today I get to work with a burgandy left and a brown right. UGH.

People probably thought you were very fashion forward.
I can show a pictur eof my mother's cat, but without anything in the picture to compare him to, you can really tell how ginormous he is. [link] He's cute, but he isn't orange.
So, Allyson, have they mentioned book tours or anything? I can see somebody in, oh, say, Letterman's office seeing that listing and going, "That's wacky, let's get her on!"
Not to mock you (I've done navy and black but..)

Hi MOM!
I went to an all-girl catholic highschool. We had blackwatch plaid skirts and could wear navy, black and dark green knee socks as part of the ensemble. I was sharing a bedroom with my 3 younger sisters when I was a freshman and had to get up about an hour before they did, cause I had the longer walk to school. Getting my socks mixed up as I was dressing in the dark was so common, I hardly noticed after awhile.
