May have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I know how to defend tacklehugs now. It's on the black belt test.

Off to teach! I'll find a minor there, for sure.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

How is the charming Mac?

the charming mac is asleep. there were tales of someone hitting him in the face today at school and telltale blood on his lip, but an alarming amount of NO NOTE from his teacher, so I am sending something inquiring for more info. The there was me noticing a rip in the knee of his school pants and him immediately crying when I noticed. Poor noodle thought he was in so much trouble. I mean things happen, he is a 5yo boy and these were not reinforced knees. I told him it was ok and after a few minutes of reassuring him that he was not in trouble and him telling me that they ripped when he stood up from sitting on his knees, he was fine.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Poor noodle.

I am an ass, because I didn't realize until just now that Top Chef is til 11:15, and now I'm all committed to it. The most important thing, though, is I'm so glad Sam cut his hair!!

please refer to previous post re: bounce.

ok, task 1 is done. now on to task 2, a task I had to reprimand taskee on today since 1)he had not done what I asked in an email Monday 2)or what my boss had asked in an email last week and 3)he asked what to do next today, I told him and then he ASKED MY BOSS if what I said to do was OK?!?!?
