Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

The status is NOT quo.

Just think, Allyson--the next time we get a massive flood of newbies, they might very well be your fans.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Way to go, Allyson!

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

...and we'll have this entire navelgazey debate over whether or not to open and Allysonverse thread.

Jesse, back at ya.

yep. Guerra is Spanish for war and "illa" is one of many diminutives. When I read that it seemed so obvious, given that I knew, like sarameg, the word before I could read it. But the word guerrilla is much older than the central american messes and actually was first used in English papers during the Spanish-American War.

I have Chicken Tikka Masala, rice and naan fresh from the tandoor. Take that taunty, Lee! AND I have an appointment at Burke Williams tomorrow. So I see your Naan and raise you a facial.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Man, I still haven't used my Burke Williams certificate. Now seems like a good time.

Kat! I was supposed to come over this week...flake.

I might be busy tomorrow and Friday, or I may not. What's your schedule like?

Tomorrow after 2:00 is workable. Friday is wonky as I have school on Saturday.

Poor msbelle. I'm sorry for the crap day. May tomorrow be better!

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Whoot, Allyson! That totally rocks. That's amazing.

You need to organize your guerrilla marketers, too. Send us out as zombie hordes to promote your vampire book.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

best part of my day? the commute.

Yikes.

I hearby declare tomorrow a msbelle-AWESOME day. Take that, today!

My other weird image word was euthanasia. Led to some serious misunderstandings/ equate-ions of China's one-child policy when I was wee. Crazy quakers, trying to make small children socially aware. Can lead to some really bad images.
