Take jobs as they come -- and we'll never be under the heel of nobody ever again. No matter how long the arm of the Alliance might get, we'll just get ourselves a little further.

I'm getting the pig!

I connect in Denver, so wish me good connect-ma!

Good connect-ma, Robin. And safe flights, all the way around.

::is sad that Robin's just making a brief pit-stop here::

I'm flying into Denver this afternoon

Consuela, there shouldn't be any issues. We're in the middle of a heat wave right now and expecting a high of 16F at some point today. We have sporadic white stuff falling from the sky, but it's extremely light.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I suddenly realized that I don't know how 24 ended last season.

Jack saved the world but then was abducted by the Chinese.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Jack saved the world but then was abducted by the Chinese.

I hate it when that happens.

ION, I just bought a Dremel rotary tool. It spins at 30,000 RPM and makes a loud, high-pitched whine, especially when I'm drilling through metal. It scares the shit out of my cat. I should really get a more conventional drill for drilling....

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Jack saved the world but then was abducted by the Chinese.

Heh. That's probably all I need to know. I think my interest waned after Tony and Edgar were gone.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

30 minutes later you need to save the world again?

"I wish I knew what was longer - 3/8ths or a half or 5/8ths...." - TV announcer.

WTF?

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Dremels are awesome! I got my step-dad a set for it that cleans and maintains his golf stuff.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Lee, your tag is charming

It's from Plei's LJ about the last SPN ep. I would have credited her, but I couldn't figure out if I should use Plei or her LJ name, so I didn't.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I always felt bad for the kitties when there were loud noises around. I figure if I need earplugs, so do they. Too bad there aren't kitty earmuffs.

"I wish I knew what was longer - 3/8ths or a half or 5/8ths...." - TV announcer.
And then asking the other guy, "OtherGuy, you've been in the NFL, which is longer..." So much for helmets.

I should have recognized it. I was too busy with the flail though.
