Mal: Then I call it a win. What's the problem? Inara: Should I start with the part where you're stranded in the middle of nowhere, or the part where you have no clothes?

If I google this will I get only porn sites?

Not unless you consider political wankery to be porn.

Either way, we hit the printer with an electronic baseball bat, and it seems to be behaving now.

I have reached the end of the internets. My boredom cancer is terminal.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I have reached the end of the internets.

Oh, come on. There's always more porn.

Oh, come on. There's always more porn.

Okay, I have reached the end of the work-appropriate internets.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I've reached the part of my day where I mock job applicants. I'd rather have someone to hire, but this will do in a pinch.

Because books.

Wow -- my FiL just saw breaking news on FoxNews that a school bus on a high school run veered out of control, slammed *through* a crowd of kids, and then hit a retaining wall in Fairless Hills, PA. They said something about kids hospitalized already.

Fucked up. Jake would have been at that high school this year if we hadn't moved.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I'm planning to possibly get Indian food with the Chicagoistas

About that... we are a seriously non-commital bunch. So, tomorrow evening. Is 7ish okay or would people rather eat earlier?

I haven't heard any preferences on where. Shrift, brenda, tommyrot? Kathy, are you joining us? Does ChiKat even know about this? Anyone else?

I'd love to join you! Let me know when and where, and I'll be there. I can call ChiKat and let her know about Naanfest and if she'll want to join us--she might not, considering her schedule this week, but she might be available. You can use my profile addy (home e-mail) for the info.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Yeah, I'm planning on being there. 7 is OK. I sent an email to the midwest list last night - did folks get it? I can't check that email address until I get home.

I think I was added to the e-mail list, but I didn't get anything yesterday, so I might not be.
