I guess.... but meatloaf isn't squishy!
Compared to steak it is. I'm with Matt. It's a soft comfort food issue.
Poor, bon! Maybe if we juggled pizza slices in front of her we could stave off the cancer. Maybe some Cheezmotherapy.

You can eat meatloaf without needing a knife, so it's a bit "squishy" in those terms. I had turkey meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes last night for dinner, with shredded cabbage and creamed corn (which I poured over the cabbage and ate mixed together--yummy!).
Guys, I'm getting a little better. I went and got a personal pizza and I ate it where I got it. I literally cannot remember the last time I ate lunch during a workday somewhere else than my desk.

I guess... it's just so oven-inefficient!
She's aliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiive!!!!

No wonder you keep getting cancer!
I know, desk cancer!
I know, desk cancer!
You oughta get that desk removed.
I was going to make garlic mashed potatoes with my meatloaf, but I didn't have any whipping cream. (NO, I can't make mashed potatoes without whipping cream. And then I have whipping cream, so I have to bake a pie.) Thus the garlic yogurt pasta.
But I bake my mashed potatoes. So I use the oven. I just also use the stovetop.
Once you soldier your way through their questions, and ask if you have any questions for them, I've had good experiences with "What are the major challenges I'll face working here?" and "What is your favorite part of working here?"
Those are good ones. I'll add them to the list.
So, apparently placement agencies are chomping at the bit to work with me, even if companies aren't. I just got a message from another one while I was in the shower. I tried calling back and got voicemail. Oh well, something to worry about another day. I left a message and told them to contact me next week, as I will be away from the phone the rest of the day. Still, it's a nice little ego boost.
I'm definitely some form of ill (need to make sure I medicate before I leave for the interview), but I'll chalk most of the ook up to nerves at the moment.
Thanks for being supportive, guys. I really appreciate it.
And I'm off.
