And the thing is, I like my evil like I like my men: evil. You know, straight up, black hat, tied to the train tracks, soon my electro-ray will destroy metropolis BAD.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

Heh. I had popcorn last night, while wibbling and sniffling through the last 2 episodes of Friday Night Lights. Obviously, I made you all want it. LAistas could have probably smelled it.

(loves popcorn, but not how long it takes for the smell to dissipate)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Some guy was hotlinking to images on some other site. When the other site took down the images, the guy doing the hotlinking got all mad and said he might sue.

That is fucking hiLARious. God, the internet lets the idiots have longer reach.

Fucking hell. I woke up, had cereal, went back to bed. I'm pretty much just up again. I did take at least one job-related phone call, but then I went back to bed.

Stupid migraines.

Now I must forage for food. Not popcorn, since the smell of it is a migraine trigger. Not always, but so far the microwaved stuff is batting a thousand.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

someone just basically said we should redo a whole publication that we are right now 3 hours late on delivering. We have had one week to do the full design and content of this piece in house. I have had no access to the two design people that know the most and must approve everything all day, so basically no other work can proceed and now they are all, "well, should we revisit..."

HELLS NO!

Or maybe don't because that would mean more work for you.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

In a quick scan it looks like it might have been just a MASH thing. [link] I'm not seeign it anywhere else either.

Kat, that's the same site I found. And now I'm even more impressed with the writing and Gary Burghoff's acting -- it sounds old, and the way he sings it (and the way his face falls, just a bit, after the last line) makes you (or me, anyway) utterly believe it isn't just some ditty one of the writers had come up with a month earlier but, rather, some little Civil War-era lullaby everyone in Radar's family had always sung to the babies and whose words he had never really heard until just that moment.

Hmm. I tried out silverjewelryclub.com and for $5.99 got a silver and garnet pendant.

I guess it does work.
