I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Starring Anjelica Huston, no?

Yes, along with Ron Perlman and John Carradine. It's really not a good film, but it's fun and absolutely ridiculous.

I mean, when the taglines are:

SEE A Universe on the rocks! TREMBLE at the ferocious space possums! CATCH Space Herpie the Love Bug!

and

You have to be there to see it.

Ya gotta love it.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I wouldn't say that The Howling is as seminal a werewolf movie as The Wolf Man or An American Werewolf in London, but it's one of the more important and better made movies in the sub-genre. And I think the werewolves were designed by Rick Baker, though if memory serves someone else actually handled the construction.

Plus, where else can you see Dee Wallace turn into a cutesy Pekingese-faced werewolf ?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Tag away any time, Kathy.

I haven't seen Ice Pirates in years, but I remember it as good-natured cheezy fun.

Today has been a crappy day. I'm glad I have a case of beer coming in my Peapod order.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I can't convince myself I need one enough to see how it and Ozzie interact, so it will be nice to declutter

I am so here for you.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

yet oddly productive.

Me too. I got my hair cut.

Oh, you probably meant work stuff, huh?

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I am taking myself out to the movies tonight as a business trip/miss my husband reward. Hooray for the Midwest and $5.00 first-run movies! Do I want to see "Children of Men" which I LOVED, again or should I go to "The Holiday"?
