well then, it cancels out some of the health benefits. Big deal. Cass, were you drinking it for its health benefits or because it tastes good? It doesn't make the milk tea unhealthy. It makes it not as healthy as it was.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.
hee I was waiting for the firestorm of posts on how we all drink tea.
I drink rather a lot of green tea, but I don't like the taste of it, so I mix it with an herbal tea and/or put in a lot of sugar or stevia. Stevia is my sweetener of choice lately.
Cold tea must have lemon. Or raspberries.

When I was a wee one my mother would put a bit of tea in my milk so I would feel like a big girl.
So I've watched a few minutes of People's Choice Awards. Justin cracked me up. But 10 minutes of tv is all I get today. But it was a fun few minutes.
