Speaking of appropriate wear, some of the law enforcement instructors were wandering around wearing the sexy holsters and it was very distracting. I wonder if they wear that when they are being TASERed.

The woman featured on the cover, Birgit (last name redacted), is a six year employee at (redacted) and our Trade Show Manager and Spokesperson. Over the years we have had numerous positive comments about Birgit and she has proven herself to possess the needed technical and social ability to showcase our products.

I guess this means she can talk and chew gum at the same time.

Birgit will be presenting several technical demonstrations at the upcoming Photonics West show this month so you will have the chance to meet her in person. I think you will be impressed with her ability to support and represent woman in engineering as well as other tasks she has undertaken at (redacted).

Me, I had pain along the entire finger for weeks. I've been told that if you set off a tuning fork and touch it to the finger to be diagnosed that it will hurt like bitches if it's broken.

Which is why I say go for the X-ray.

Spent assloads of time on the phone with various insurance people and the pharmacy so hopefully I can pick up meds tonight.

Now the issue is that my TiVo settings haven't changed, but Time Warner has. I'm going through guided setup, and the DUMBEST THING EVER is that TiVo's asking me what I get on certain stations without CHANGING TO THE DAMNED STATION. What's the freaking downside to displaying the station in the background? I'm sure it used to do that. And there's no backing out of the setup, which means I need to take the laptop into the living room and crib off the Time Warner website.

I had to have the kids check the TV in the other room when I did that, ita. Should I send them over? I can send another TV and cables, too.

Hey, just send the TV and keep the kids. I intend to poach one of Kat's. Well, I intended to, but apparently Spirit and Opportunity aren't in the running for names, so maybe I won't train one kid to kill, and she'll just have to have them fend for themselves, unexperimented on.
