All is well that ends in pizza.

Where do I check those? I'm using a mac.

Apple->System Preferences->Date & Time->Time Zone

On mine, under Tiger.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I just checked, and both of those have me in the US, Eastern time zone. Gmail still thinks I'm in Germany.

Oh, no, wait. I tried reloading the page again. The first few times I tried that, it didn't work, but now it did.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Hil's computer likes German cookies - pass it on....

I haven't read much about the Amazon thing, and I don't know if this makes sense....

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I really want more desk space. What's the easiest way to let my Mac & PC share one set of peripherals?

KVM switch: [link] (many other brands available with different numbers of ports, VGA vs. DVI support, etc. But that should give you an idea of what they look like and do.)

Awesome, thanks. (Hopefully that's something IT just has lying around, because I'm pretty sure they won't want to spend any money on this...)

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Has anyone done any work designing web pages optimized for the iPod Touch/iPhone?

I've got no specific pixel sizes on the pages. Everything uses percentages or, in a few cases, ems. I've got an html form that's sized to be readable. When selecting a form element like a dropdown box, the box magnifies (which is good). But after selection, the box only de-magnifies part way. The page stays slightly magnified and the only way to see the entire width of the page is to do the finger squeeze or double tap twice.

Anyone have any idea why this would happen and how to fix it?
