Well, after being down for a few hours, my iPhone is working again. eta: i had to plug my phone in and then disconnect it. Eventually, it worked.

Yeah, I've unplugged my phone and tried to start it up, but I'm basically getting an "Unactivated iPhone" screen.
It will only let me make an emergency call, and wants me to connect to iTunes, which isn't connecting the phone to the store.

I'ma restart everything and see how that goes (I had to totally restart in order to get the firmware *onto* the phone after download, so it should work....).
