Orange on black text-based monitors with a slight flicker. We had a corporate monitor-flinging party when we replaced hte last of those.
Green on black.
Also of the devil.
I remember both orange on black and green on black. I was just saying how astounded I was at the first 16 color computers.
I almost bought it. Soooo tempting. Damn you poverty!! 32 GIG! Holy cow!

Jumping in to bid for geek-trashiest: How about a 1981 DEC Rainbow with both Z80 and 8086 chip, and BOTH C/PM and MS-DOS 1.0....still operational, with all the papers I wrote as an undergraduate on floppies that STILL WORK.
(yes, I actually still have this. Don't know why.
