Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

3rd party apps only work if you crack the phone at the minute. Future updates then brick the phone if you've cracked it.

There's an official software development kit coming out in March or April, so hopefully an official Flash player will appear further down the line.

Ack! I was trying to get rid of the stupid windows xp log on screen, and now all I get is "unable to log you on because of an account restriction." I can get to set up, but that's it. I've tried to reboot from the CD, but I'm getting no love. At this point, of course, I can no longer remember everything I've tried to do.

I'm typing from my laptop, but I need the stuff on my desktop harddrive.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Yeah, it was to be under the official SDK route. Maybe Macromedia has some pre-release info. Go figure.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

Ahhh, didn't realise that Daniel. Good stuff!

ETA: Ginger, boot in safe mode... Before the Windows XP logo appears on boot, hit F8. Then see if you can log in..

I can't get it to go to Safe Mode. I've probably hit F8 50 times.

Alternative way to get into Safemode. ( I have not done this in a while, so I cheated and grabbed instructions off internet.)

* Go into the Start Menu and choose Run. * In the Run dialog box, type msconfig and then click OK. * In the System Configuration Utility, click on the BOOT.INI tab * Check-mark "/SAFEBOOT" * Click OK * Another little box comes up. Click Restart.

Once you are done doing whatever needed to be done in safe mode, you'll need to reverse what you did to get things back to normal.

* Go into the Start Menu and choose Run. * In the Run dialog box, type msconfig and then click OK. * On the General tab here, make sure that "Normal Startup - load all device drivers and services" is selected. If not, select it. * Click on the BOOT.INI tab. * Un-check "/SAFEBOOT". * Click OK. * Another little box comes up. Click Restart.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

That won't work Typo Boy because they can't log in to run msconfig..

Ginger, have you checked your CD ROM drive is the first device in boot order? You need to get into your BIOS - it'll be something like F10 or F2 on power on for 'Setup', and there's the boot order in that. Then boot from the Windows XP CD.

A repair thing should fix it, I reckon.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Ginger, do you also have an administrator login?

If you get to the login screen and hit ctl-alt-del a couple of times, you get the old style login screen and can type in"administrator" and a password. Many people have no administrator password, so can leave it blank.

Yes, it's set boot from the CD.

I can't go to the Start menu because I can't open windows.
