I have a Hd-DVD player. Oh well.

We use AT&T in Pasadena and get fantastic coverage. Was that before it took over Cingular, Gris?
My issue was actually with Cingular. To be fair, when I say "Pasadena" I probably really mean "On the Caltech campus." It was college and I didn't have a car.
Huh. I suspect that they've added cell towers, because I have gotten great coverage all over town, including around CalTech. Maybe it's something actually on the campus, some Real Genius forcefield or something!
Dammit, Val Kilmer! Why you gotta be such a meany?
Is there any way to save a YouTube video to my hard drive so I can watch it offline?
I'm fed up with at&t wireless, and I'm thinking about switching cell service providers. Verizon and Sprint are out because I need to use my personal phone overseas, so that leaves me with T-Mobile.
If you're planning on being on the Eastern Shore at all, Verizon was pretty much the only thing that worked when I was there. I got T-Mobile since that worked best at my new place in SF and I essentially couldn't use my phone until I moved. However, T-Mobile has been great to have here in France.
Awesome! Thanks Dana!
there's also this, which allows you to rip just audio too.
I use a program called "TubeSock" to download YouTube vids on my Mac. It will let you convert the files into a format that iTunes/iPods can read as well. Pretty cool.
