omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

seems my boss got an iPod Nano for xmas. Which is very funny, as he is very anti-Apple. So he's bemoaning that he has to load Apple software. Of course, he's asked my help to tutor him in the ways of iPod and iTunes. Very funny.

Holy Shit: 150-Inch Panasonic Plasma HDTV at CES

Japanese paper Yomiuri is reporting that Panasonic will unveil a 150-inch plasma to show the world who has the biggest flatscreen manufacturing capability. That above is the photo of the now second-place 103-inch plasma as big as a queen-sized bed. (Sharp has the current title of biggest at 108-inches). If your mcmansion isn't big enough to fit it, don't even bother inquiring about the price.

Makes me wonder...how seamlessly can LCDs do this effect? What's their mandatory margin?

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

150-inch plasma

Meep.

(And hey, Yomiuri has offices in my building. But I'm thinking the chances are slim that they were sent a review model...)

hwæt

There are rumors that Apple is going to open a store exactly three blocks from my home.

Unfortunately, it's complete bullshit. Property developers spread these rumors to drum up publicity. It really isn't that great a retail location.
