We use taxact online, but I haven't really compared to others. I find it mildly annoying at times but I've mostly figured it out, so I doubt I'll change any time soon. I have never run into anything it couldn't handle (mortgage interest and normal deductions are fine) though sometimes there were some head-scratching moments.

DX, amazon is less helpful when your car alarm won't shut off and you need a battery now. I'm not good with planning ahead of time for situations like that.

There is a RadioShack just 4 blocks from me. They've done a major image overhaul recently. Perhaps they'll be the Sprint variety. Right next door to the Kinkos/FedEx mash up. Just down the block from the Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin Robbins mash up.
