Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

That is my Chrome--I try and keep as few tabs open as possible. Classic Opera is light and fast but not compatible with everything.

When I fire up Safari, the whole system grinds to a near halt.

I'm one below Yosemite.

I had no problems before Yosemite, but as soon as I upgraded, endless waits. I've given up and am in Safari at the moment, but kind of irked about it.

Someone on a local Facebook list has a barely used 32 GB Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 for sale for $175. I'm tempted. Anyone have any opinions on the Note? I know there will be some big tablet sales around Thanksgiving.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

That seems a lot for a tablet at least two generations old.

We have one at work that we use for testing, and it does okay. The two major drawbacks in my opinion are that it doesn't accept memory cards and it uses a proprietary connector for power and data.

Note? I'd buy it. I love mine, and aren't even that jealous of other people.

STYLUS.

The specs say it accepts microSD and has a USB 2 port. What am I missing?

eta: Oh, well. I putzed around too long and someone else got it.

It seems what we have at work is a Galaxy Tab 10.1 [link] rather than a Galaxy Note 10.1 [link]

Sorry for mixing them up.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Did anyone else update their Mac and now Chrome is barely functional?

Supposedly, the latest update for Chrome is 64-bit and it doesn't suck.

Crap. My monitor just died. I don't want to spend the money for another Apple monitor, but at least with the Apple monitor, I know it will be good enough for editing photos. And I don't have a lot of time to research because I need a new monitor, like, now. Crap.

Hey. New board.

[link] That link tells me the Samsung 4k IPS monitor that is normally 700 is currently 400.
