Yeah, that's what it looks like. If they're able to line up more content partners there might be monthly charges for specific online channels, but they're not charging for regular TV listings info the way Tivo does.

Oooh. As a cable-less OTA viewer, I would be all over that.
But at $250 it only includes 16 GB of flash memory which is only good for a 2 hour recording time. You'd need to add a hard drive to make it even usable.
