Wow, you can seriously draw. Nice work!

ita: Monoprice.
Thanks, Gud! I admit-I felt a bit frivolous spending extra money on a tablet I could draw on, but...I can draw on it! It's like magic...
Tom, does Monoprice have a Cintiq equivalent? I don't see one in that list, unless I'm missing something. My problem isn't that I don't have a graphics tablet--I have a 12" Intuos, which is very good. It's that I can't draw on a graphics tablet since the results are over there, and the drawing is happening over here. The Cintiq is a monitor/tablet, so the experience would be like the Note 10.1, but with the software I'm used to, higher powered stuff like the PS range.

Ah, sorry, missed that.
Gabe at Penny Arcade has been drawing with his Surface Pro a lot. I think that's a little cheaper than the Cintiq and should be able to run most Windows software, including PS. Apparently they have driver support for all pressure sensitive software at this point.
I actually do all my graphics on Macs. The couple clumsy pieces I knocked out digitally (mostly edits to scanned work) were in ArtRage, and I think if I could resolve the lag problem between hand and eye, that would be fun. No doubt if Apple releases anything like that it will cost more than the Cintiq, but I've dreamt of a Cintiq for so long, I can save up and "settle" now that I know where the bulk of my shortcomings are.
In the meanwhile, DRAWING TIME!
Let me know if I should ask this in fanfic...
Does anyone know how to put podfic on my iphone? I don't know how to sync with itunes because I am always afraid I will somehow destroy my whole music library (or is it in the cloud now?). Some podfics I can stream. The ones I download directly to the iphone have to be unzipped (I use iZip). Once I unzip them I can listen to them in iZip, but I can't fast forward or go back. It seems to open a limited version of quicktime that has no controls.
If I have left a shared folder on Dropbox but forgot to unclick the button for keeping a copy of the files, can I delete the folder without it affecting the shared one for everyone else?
If you have already left, I think should be fine.
I'm trying it. If someone yells I'll know it didn't work!
